Hi, my name is Maureen Sky and I am a new author of a recently published children's book, The Bling Fairies of Junkett Falls.  It targets the ages of 8-12 (good reader).  It is about little fairies that live and thrive out of our jewelry boxes.  It is available via Xlibris Publishing Co. online bookstore (www.xlibris.com), Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble.com, and E-Reader.  One can learn more by visiting my website: www.theblingfairiesofjunkettfalls.com.  It is my goal to have this book into every library across the country (and more).  Xlibris services 5 English speaking countries.  It is a very unique and creative book and I did all the colorful illustrations, as well.  I am busy every day with social media trying to get the word out about this book.  I am working with book reviewers and doing my own legwork to get out to book readings and book signings. etc.
I challenge you to purchase a book for your young reader and/or just purchase one and bring it to your town library and ask that they include it on the shelves in their children's section.  It is so important to get young kids to read these days.  Kids who enjoy reading will be smarter adults and we all know we need to have smart future adults to care for this difficult and challenging world we live in.  Please help me with my quest.  You will not be disappointed as you might put a smile on the face of a young person who normally finds it hard to smile due to lack of fun things to do and/or fun books to read.   The Bling fairies thank you!
